The Ferrari 458 Speciale is the high performance, limited-production variant of the Ferrari 458 Italia and was in production from 2013-2015. Weight-saving materials, added aerodynamics, and the tuned engine provided 35 more horsepower which pushed the 458 Speciale 0-62 mph in 3.0 seconds over the base 3.4 seconds of the 458 Italia. The 458 Speciale debuted the Side Slip Angle Control (SSC) on a Ferrari car.
